Well, I wanted to post my latest print. I haven't had much time to make work recently with such a crazy semester but I agreed to be in a print exchange with a bunch of other printmakers so I had to produce something. This is a digital print. I am becoming more interested in working with digital technology all of the time. I like how I can layer images together and play with transparency and all of that so easily.I recently started using old pattern illustrations. I am super excited about the possibilities. I just got a 1960 butterick pattern book off ebay and it has the most amazing images in it!
Ill post some of them sometime soon.

ReplyDeleteIt's working ...love your sweet little doggie friends and your moms puppy too. I hope they behave themselves when and (if) they all get together. Did you do the print exchange thing that Yazzie organized on Inkteraction. Maybe thats what you were referring to ??!!

Aine, Yes this print was for the exchange. I saw that you did it too. But I guess we were in different groups. Did you receive your prints yet? Thanks for the kind words once again! Oh ya, the pic of my moms puppy was taken at my house. He visited over the summer. It was kinda crazy.
